Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policy
International Orders
• No Returns or Exchanges: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
• Custom Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied upon arrival.
Domestic Orders (Thailand)
• Exchanges: Size exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Processing fee: 50 THB
• Shipping costs (return & resend): Customer’s responsibility.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Shipping Information
• Processing Time: Made-to-order products take 10-14 days to process.
• Domestic Shipping: Via Thailand Post EMS (1-2 days after shipping).
• International Shipping: Via Thailand Post e-Packet (10-14 days after shipping).
• Custom Duties: Paid by the customer.
Tracking
• Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
Additional Information
• Songbird reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet the stated conditions.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
